Mary Elizabeth Melvin, 52 of Lawrenceville passed away on Wednesday, April 4th 2012. Mary is survived by her husband Thomas Joseph Melvin, Jr.; son, Thomas Joseph Melvin III; daughter, Christine Marie Melvin; Parents, Frank and Patricia Coughlin; brother, Thomas Patrick Coughlin; sister, Catherine Ann Edwards and her husband, William W.; nephew, Jake Joseph Edwards and her mother & father in-law Thomas J. and Jane A Melvin. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Marguerite d'Youville on Tuesday, April 10th at 11 o'clock. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 o'clock until 7:30 p.m. with a Wake Service to follow at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. Wages & Sons Gwinnett, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy.   3. Tim, Was so sorry to hear about Mary. She was the life of the BHR Christmas parties and I always enjoyed talking and laughing with her. Your family will be in my prayers.

  4. Our deepest sympathies to Mary’s entire family. So many years of enjoying Mary and her family in the neighborhood, working with her on board of the homeowners association, playing tennis, cheering our children playing tennis, Gwin Oaks Swim and Tennis. Mary will be remembered and missed.
