Mertie Will Noles Coulter, 92, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Coulter. Survivors include her children, Phil Coulter of Perry, GA, Donna (& Jack) Fowler of Lawrenceville, GA and Ellen (& Greg) Choate of Orange Park, FL, five grandsons, eight great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandson. The family will be accepting friends on Saturday, December 15,2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Wages & Sons Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Chapel service will be held on Sunday, December 16,2018 at Wages & Sons Chapel, Lawrenceville, GA at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be on Monday, December 17,2018 at Arlington Memorial Park, Sandy Springs, GA at 11:00 a.m.

  2. Mertie was always so helpful and thoughtful to everyone at church, and will be greatly missed. I appreciated her Birthday Card Ministry because, at times, the birthday card she sent to me was the only one I received, and it was always filled with a heartfelt, joyful Christian message. I will miss her sweet smile and bright countenance. Sending prayers for Mertie’s family for the loss of their loved one.

  4. Mertie Coulter was such a great friend to our family. I remember her back to my childhood over 50 yrs. ago. I use to go to visit her with my mother, Ethelene M. Lawson. She missed by so many. Praying for her and her whole many.
