  1. I had opportunity to work with Evie at Solvay. Not only was she a wonderful individual, but was a “mother” to all of us. We learned so much from her infinite wisdom. Rest in peace Evie. Know we all loved you.

  11. Bucky and the Johnson Family. May the Lord bless and keep you and make His face to shine upon you during these days of grieving the loss of your mother. If your life is a reflection of her character, integrity and industry then she was an incredible woman! God bless you my friend.

  13. Bucky, Janet, Randy, and Scott,
I am so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. We lived next door to the Johnsons on Hooper Street. Eveline had the most magnificent gardenia bush on the side of her house when we were growing up. To this day, the gardenia scent makes me think of her. May the Lord be with you during this difficult time.
