Kevin V. Osborne, age 51, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011. Kevin was born and raised in Central New York. He earned a BFA from Alfred University and a BA degree from Utica College. Kevin was an occupational therapist and spent leisure time as an artist. He loved animals, music, and hiking in the North Georgia Mountains. Kevin was a member of 12 Stone Church in Lawrenceville. He is survived by his wife, Eileen Driscoll, their two children, Daniel K. Osborne and Alexis G. Osborne; his father, Vance Osborne and wife, Evelyn Osborne, of Central NY; his mother, Nancy Seale Osborne, and partner, Barbara Gerber, who reside in Ft. Myers, FL; his sister, Jeanie Osborne and partner, Roz Cox, of Slidell, LA; step-sisters, Autumn Starr-Baier and Kate Starr of Central NY; step-brother, Christopher Starr, of CA. Kevin is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, 2996 County Route 45, Fulton, NY 13069-4239. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 11, at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, 770-277-4550. Kevin and I have been friends for the past 15 years. We have shared many good times together and I am deeply saddened by his passing. My deepest condolences go out to his family.
I was so saddened to read of Kevin’s death this morning in the paper. You are all in my heart, but am especially holding you, Eileen and the children, Alexis and Dan; and also to Barb and Nancy, dear friends and Jeannie, part my circle so long ago. We are so sad at Kevin’s sudden passing. We easily remember his kind spirit and friendly, funny character. I remember him winning that $100 from the paper, the lucky guy! Alexis, we can go to 6 Flags again and do get togethers. We are here for you both, Kevin would absolutely do the same for us!

I’ll never forget last year 2010 in December when are BOB Band of Brothers made our annual trip to the woods in search of whitetail deer! What an awesome saturday it was – God blessed you me and Randall with a nice white tail ! WOW what a hunt you saw 7 deer and shot a buck 20 minutes into the hunt! Heck i have a few freinds who never even seen a buck all year long!
