Phelps, III; sons, Travis Hutchins, William, IV, Kylie, Zachary Rebecca, Niegel; grandchildren, Makynna, William V, and Eva; brother, Arthur Florence and sister, Alice. She will be remembered for her love of family, being a generous and thoughtful neighbor and for the stubbornness that made her fight the fight and fully live until she passed. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 2, 2010 at 2 o'clock at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Brett Moore officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 o'clock until 2 o'clock.
