Rebecca K. Lynch, age 69, passed away December 10, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Daniel (Dan) D. Lynch. She is survived by her daughters Becky DeArmon and Lisa Smith and son-in-laws Mark DeArmon and Bill Smith. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Tyler Smith, Jordan DeArmon and Casey DeArmon. Rebecca is preceded in death by sisters Reatha Evans and Monnie Chapman. She is survived by siblings, brother: Oscar King, sisters: Linda Horne, Jovonia Owens, Pearl Ashley, Vinnie Ashley, Avaline Ashley, Dorothy Lewis and Irene Davis, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, grandnieces and Grandnephews. The family will receive friends from 12:30-3:00pm at Wages and Sons, Stone Mountain chapel (1040 Main Street, Stone Mountain, GA). Interment will be held at Floral Hills Cemetery immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Alzheimer’s Association Atlanta Chapter or a charity of your choice.

  1. Losing this precious Angel has left a huge empty spot in my heart. My sweet Becky has her own special place that no one else will ever replace. I am so very thankful to my awesome Lord for putting his special Angel in my life. I want to thank all of her family for allowing me to love and care for this amazing woman of GOD….I have memories that I will cherish forever. I will always love my precious little Becky.

  6. Becky, Mark, Jordan and Casey, Jean had been sending me messages to keep me up to date. Still, it is always difficult to learn that the end of the journey with family and friends has come to an end. I will be thinking about you all day today. From Chapel Hill, Uncle Don.
