Debbie,
My heart sank when I read your email in the wee hours of this morning. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. I know there was a very happy man when Dabo Swinneys Clemson Tigers beat Ohio State. I was thinking of you both while listening to the game driving back from Tuscsloosa. A smile came on my face when I read that David was a Sig Ep. I was a Golden Heart of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Elon. My brothers have always meant the world to me. Please know that we are always here for you.
Love you!
Cindia

Thinking of you,
Linda

“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”–Matthew 11:28
During the course of last evening, I forgot to extend the family’s condolences. We are all deeply saddened to lose a friend and an “uncle.” We will remember all of our Christmas gatherings where we shared laughter and fellowship. David’s passion for sports, his vivacious personality, and his knowledge of a variety of info will be remembered. How strong he was during this difficult journey. Ronnie specifically asked me to share his sympathy with you and your family. He was still working on the farm when I arrived home Thursday evening. We will continue to lift up you and your mother as you begin the next phase of this journey. May you feel the strong arms of our loving Heavenly Father.

Debbie, we have never met but, I am a niece of David’s Daddy Richard. My Daddy was Prentice Teal. Uncle Richard, Lucille and the boys were always very special to me!!! I have not seen him in many years. He was just 2 years older than me. We always enjoyed coming to visit them at the beach when we were young. I hate that we had lost touch through the years. I have often wondered where he had settled. He will surely be missed! I just found out about his passing this morning. I’m sorry I won’t get to come to the service, but my family’s prayers will be with you! I pray that God will give you the peace,
strength and love like you have never felt before! Please contact me anytime if you would like. We love you even if we never met! Tell Joey and Michelle we love them too!
Love,
Kathy
