Unbelievable that you are gone. To me you were the Air Force Chief. I never called you Bob because of the respect I had for you but trust me I considered you a friend. You were a mentor and the example of a Servant Leader before that was even a thing. My thoughts and prayers are with JoAnne and your family. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Kelly and Tiffany and know you were their Hero. Rest In Peace Chief.
Renee and I are sorry for your loss. Bobby was a hero who served our country with honor. We wish all of the Flynn family peace in this trying time. Our hearts and prayers are with you all. With love,
Rory Riker Family
This is to the entire Flynn family but most especially to Joanne. Bob loved each and every one of you so very much. We had many, many conversations since we met in the early 1980s and y’all always came up in our talks. He cannot be replaced but his precious memories with each of you can help fill the void he has left in everyone’s life. I have lost my best friend and hurt everyday but y’all have lost even more. He was the best human being, other than my parents, that I ever met. I do believe in God and I hope God let’s Bob see all of the out poring of love from his family and friends. I will miss you forever Bob!
So sorry for your loss. Chief was one of my favorite Chief to work for. Wished I knew you lived so close to me. Rest In Peace.
Bob Weller love and prayers for you JoAnne and the family
