Ronald Wayne Johnson, 65 of Stone Mountain, GA passed away Saturday January 13, 2017 at home attended by his family. He is survived by his wife Louise, his son Joshua, of Delhi, India, his brother Gary (wife Betty), of North Dakota, and his sister Jane Wentz (husband Ralph) of North Dakota and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Roger and his brother Jimmy. Ron joined the United States Marine Corps in 1974. Ron had a long career as a handy man and painter.

I am so sorry for your loss. My condolences go out to those who are affected. Remember that even Jesus cried when Lazarus died, but he was soon resurrected. Our Creator’s original purpose was not for us to suffer and he will soon restore the Earth to what he originally purposed,for us to not have to worry about death and enjoy life with no worries. (Rev 21:3,4) I hope this brought comfort to whomever needed it.

Ron was a kind and caring neighbor, always eager to offer help with my ongoing yard projects. I’ll miss his smiling face and great advice for my garden (and life). Always enjoyed catching up through those hedges!
Ron was a wonderful man. He was kind, funny, and a skilled painter and craftsman. He will be missed.
