What an exemplary human being you were. You never met a stranger! Your life on earth showed what a deep faith you had, so I know you’re at peace. What a beautiful spirit you have. May you rest in God’s loving arms forever.
Rose was such an inspiration to all; she had a kind, giving and loving spirit. I was always amazed with her parenting style and skills. She taught her children to be self-sufficient and that is a skill they will have for life. I will miss her beautiful smile. May she rest in PEACE.
You have lit the path for so many and so your light will continue to shine through all the lives you have touched. 🌹

A TRIBUTE TO MY LOVING NIECE ROSE
The shocking news of the sudden demise of my niece Rose hit me like lightening and left me paralysed for days. I wished it was a bad dream, but reality dawned on me when I called her husband Frank who confirmed to me that it was true she was no more!
The cruel hand of death has plucked from us a beautiful rose flower and exported her to eternal glory! I don’t know how we will come to terms with her early departure from this space!
Our plans for a family gathering in May 2025 have been thwarted! As usual, my wife Beatrice had planned to spoil Rose with her lovely Kenyan food – chapati, chicken, ugali, grilled goat meat, pan-fried pork, and traditional vegetables! Rose loved good food! I fondly remember eating Pizza for the first time in my life in the late 90s courtesy of Rose
Rose loved surprises. She gave me a big surprise when she appeared in my wedding on 30th November 1996 unannounced. From time to time, when she came to Kenya, she could call me when she is already at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or at a spot in Nairobi.
Rose was such a lovely soul; charming, warm, humorous, ever-smiling, fun-loving, and a people person who “ate life with a big spoon.” Whenever she came around you, the atmosphere would just change for good. Discouragement would immediately be replaced with encouragement, boredom would become excitement, gloom would change into laughter and problems into solutions.
Rose was a go-getter who always saw possibilities and dreamed big! She was ever resilient in the hardest of times, constantly bouncing back from challenging situations! When I talked to her about 2 months ago after surviving a heart attack, she was the one encouraging me instead of the other way round. She confidently assured me that if her father has survived the condition for over 30 years, she will also pull through!
Rose was a beacon of hope to the Alubisias family. She brought light to a family that was full of darkness, despised, poor and at the wits end! She sacrificed a lot to see me through the university and supported her cousins (Adelaide, Evans, Sheila, Dorine and Faith) through school and college.
Rose was selfless, loving, caring, generous, hospitable, respectful, peaceful, humble… name it.
It will not be easy to accept her absence, but she will always remain in my memory! The song is ended but the melody lingers on!
Dance with the angels Rose as you join with your blessed memories mother Margaret, your grandma Fridah, your grandpa Josephat, and my daughter Gracious!
It is hard to say, Rest In Eternal Peace Rose.
Your loving uncle, Hudson.

Your beautiful spirit and contagious smile will live forever in our hearts.
Though you are no longer here with us, your presence remains in every corner of my heart. You were more than a friend; you were a gift from God, bringing warmth, joy, and love to everyone around you.
I will never forget the laughter we shared, the memories we created, and the countless moments where your kindness and faith inspired me. You lived a life full of love and grace, reflecting the light of Christ in all you did.
While I miss you deeply, I find peace in knowing that you are now in the presence of our Lord. One day, we will meet again in His heavenly kingdom, where there will be no more sorrow, only everlasting love and peace.
My heart goes out to your family during this incredibly difficult time. I pray that God wraps them in his loving embrace. I can only imagine the depth of their pain, but I hope they find comfort in knowing how deeply you were loved and cherished by so many.
I will carry your memory in my heart and thank God for the blessing of having you in my life.
