saraswati

January 18, 1919 ~ March 26, 2021

Resided in: Alpharetta, Georgia

I may be gone but please don’t cry
Death is not the last goodbye
Death released me of my pain
There will come a day we will meet again
Don’t be blue and dont be sad
Think back to the fun we had
I am always here I hear you speak
In time of trouble it’s me you seek
You don’t see me but I see you
I will do my best to pull you through
Speak to me and I will hear
Never far I am always near
Be brave my bacho do not cry
See you again it’s not goodbye

Our strong, beautiful, and full of life Pabho Ji (grandmother) is with her creator now. Her void will be forever felt by her entire family but her teachings of love and strength will live on with each one of us.

Pabho Ji was born on January 8th, 1919 in Vajeerpur, Pakistan before the partition. She lived a life of perseverance, family commitment, love, kindness, and joy. At 102 years of age her favorite activity was to sing wedding songs and dance at any family party she could get to. Baharoon phool barsao was her favorite song to sing at her leisure. Now the heavens must be showering her with carefully picked flowers for the greatest mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother.

She is survived by her 7 children, 24 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.

Celebration of Life services for Saraswati Devi will be held on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at 3:00pm.
