Jo Ann Skinner was one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I know she touched many lives during her life on earth.
I would also like to wish her family strength and peace regarding her sudden passing.
I remember Mrs. Skinner through growing up with Karen. She was always a very sweet and caring person and didn’t seem to have a bad word to say about anybody. I am sure she is in a better place and happy to be reunited with her husband. Karen and Paul please accept my condolences as you will be in my thoughts and prayers
Karen and Paul. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mom, Jo Ann. She was a wonderful person and I am glad I had the pleasure to have known her for many years. I will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.
