Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Prayers and thoughts are with the family of Uncle Walt. Fondest memory I have of Uncle Walt, he had came down to visit with Granny Hankinson and wanted to go to the peach orchard, so off we went. Uncle Walt was like a kid in a candy shop out in that orchard. Will never forget him.

  2. Uncle Walt was special to me. Had some great times with the family when they lived in Florida. My prayers are with Kathy and Linda and their family…you are going to miss him a lot….so enjoy the great memories.

  3. My sincere condolences for the loss of your father. You and I went to CHS together in 1960-63.

  4. Sometimes you cannot find the words for how your heart will miss my brother and my uncle. Kathy and Linda please know you both are in our prayers.
Love, Uncle Emmett, Sue & Roy

  5. A wonderful man has been called Home.Walt will be missed from his earthly body, but we know we will see him again when we all get Home.Love to Kathy, Linda and the family.

  6. So sorry to hear of Uncle Walt’s passing. So many happy memories of all of our Stephens family…swimming at Uncle Walt’s and Aunt Evelyn’s house…reunions at Stone Mountain…visiting everyone with Granny and Granddaddy…and yes, eating VERY FRESH peaches with Uncle Walt in the orchard…love and prayers to all…may all your memories bring laughter and smiles.

  7. You will be missed…I loved it when you would always greet me with “hey Sunshine!”
    Your Loving Niece,
    Terrie
