Suzette Silva Gordo of Grayson, Georgia passed away on March 10, 2020. Suzette was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts on May 3, 1954. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Growing up in South Florida she loved spending time at the beach and making special memories there with her family. She never met a cat she did not love and wouldn’t hesitate to rescue one who needed a home. Suzette was smart, personable and one to always light up a room with her special sense of humor, feisty personality and loving nature. Her zest for life and vibrant laugh touched everyone she met.
She is preceded in death by her father and mother, John C. Silva and Suzette Silva Graham and survived by her three siblings, Rosemary Silva, Anna Maria Marshall, John C. Silva, Jr., her niece, Melissa Marshall, her nephew, Alex Marshall, her brother-in-law, Robert Marshall and her stepfather, Ralph Graham.
A remembrance will be held at a later date at Lighthouse Point, Florida.
