Thomas Oliver Spratlin, age 81, of Decatur, GA passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022, surrounded by family. He was predeceased by, wife Mary Alice Spratlin (Lester), brother William Donald Spratlin, mother Helen Joyce Spratlin, father Oliver Richmond Spratlin, and grandson James Dalton White. “Tommy” is survived by, an expected grandson, granddaughter Isabella Alexandra White, daughters Sara Rebekah Spratlin and Meredith Lynn Spratlin, son Martin Dale Spratlin, son-in-law Reginald Adair White, and daughter-in-law Gina Marie Vasseli.
Funeral arrangements and visitation are as follows: visitation from 5pm-8pm Tuesday, September 27th at Wages and Sons Lawrenceville location, funeral services starting at 11am on Wednesday, September 28th at Wages and Sons Lawrenceville location, and burial at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Decatur at 1 pm.

Tommy was one of the kindest people I’ve ever known. Growing up and doing things with him at family get -togethers was always a treat. Mary and I thought Mary Alice and Tommy were just perfect for each other and, though it has been many years since we saw them, enjoyed seeing him with his three children. Such a loving man. I am honored to call him my cousin and pray the family will be comforted at this time.

The Gorbsky family sends all their love to Tom’s family at this time. Tom was so sweet and I am so grateful for his presence in my sister’s life.
The Sundar family is very grieved at the passing away of dear Thomas..Lynn has been very close to our family and has always kept us informed of the wonderful things her father does.. anytime I met him he was a picture of love and affection for all of us.
We are all sending our heartfelt condolences to the lovely family and Rest In Peace Thomas.
