  2. CandleImageAn Angel on Earth 🕊

Richard was a family member we happily inherited. He stood in our corner and by our side for between 14-20 years. A piece of our hearts are now missing. He loved and guided my husband, Bradley from his teenage years and introduced him to Christ. He mentored him all the way up through marriage and Fatherhood. He always called and texted to check on me and pray for me and was amways quick to breakdown a scripture. We loved him greatly for his consistency to show up for us as he loved our little family like we were his own. He especially had a beautiful relationship with our two children who called him Grandpa. We will miss our long visits together and our weekly texts and calls. Heaven gained a beautiful soul. His love and care remains in our warm memories forever. He was the epitome of not going to church, but becoming it. He always talked about his 90th birthday, and God saw it fit to take him home just after. 🕊

We pray for his sweet wife, family and friends that God would grant them peace in this difficult time. On behalf of the Exposé family, we extend our condolences.

    • Richard loved you guys so much! He asked for prayers for your family and for Bradley’s loss of this twin all the time. He also raved about his walk & fire for Christ with the door to door witnessing. I will miss his stories during our Bible Study.

  3. Words alone will never be enough to explain how much Mr. Hursey impacted my life. He was like a second father to me growing up. He led me to Christ when he was our leader of the local chapter of Christian Service Brigade. He was such a kind and humble man who loved the Lord and everyone he came into contact with. The Lord has truly gained a new angel. I will miss him. God rest his soul and God bless his family.

  4. My love and prayers to you all, I didn’t know your dad as well as my brother Don but I do know he was a very wonderful and loving man, I will miss him, the world lost a great person and Heaven gained a special angel !!

  5. CandleImageRichard was a great friend and customer. He was a christian and volunteered at prisons to help inmates find Christ and tried to help them turn their life around. He will be missed. My condolences to the family and friends.

  6. CandleImageI was introduced to Richard through my neighbor John to join their weekly Bible Study every week back in 2020. I had been praying before that to find a Bible Study and/or a church home to build my relationship with Jesus, and it was just a couple of days later that John called me and asked if I want to join. I learned so much with Richard and John, and my relationship with God has strengthened and my knowledge of the Bible has grown tremendously because of this. I will miss Richard’s stories. Jeanie & Richard are like family to me and hold a special place in my heart always. Richard will be missed for sure, but I find comfort in knowing where he resides now…
