Timothy John McLaughlin, age 47, passed away on Sunday November 24, 2013. He was raised in Dunwoody, Georgia and had been a resident of Lawrenceville, Georgia for the last 6 years.Left to treasure his memory is his wife, Terie Elise Smith McLaughlin, mother, Jacquelyn Parris McLaughlin, father, Jack Manning McLaughlin, Sr.and his wife Lynn, step daughter, Morgan Lee Smith, sisters, Kristi Zurlino, Debbie Banks, brother, Jack McLaughlin, Jr., nephews Jamie Kinzer, Sam and Jesse Zurlino. Tim was an avid motorcyclist and whose thrill was riding his Honda on the Dragon’s Tail, cruising on his Harley, playing with his beloved dog Bailey and flying as he was earning his Pilot’s license. A most hard working, dependable man, who was a great husband and provider. A worker among workers and friend to all. Clean and sober for 13 years. Funeral Services will be held Saturday November 30, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel with John Parris officiating. The family will receive friends Friday November 29, 2013 from 2:00 until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made payable to Epps Aviation in c/o Timothy McLaughlin’s memory for future pilot training. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wagesandsons. com

I will always be indebted how you gave your love and time unselfishly so much that the miracle happened for him that very night and one day at at time over 9 years later.   8. I knew Timmy from working with my husband when he was 19. He had the e biggest heart of any teen I had ever met. It was a shock to hear he had passed at 47. I will be forever hurt that I didn’t look him up sooner to tell him what a kind person he was. It sounds like he never changed.
