Ralph Laverne Triplett passed away peacefully Thursday morning, February 9, 2012 at his home in Lawrenceville, GA. Ralph is preceded in death by his son Michael Laverne Triplett. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of sixty years, Etta Joyce Triplett. Also surviving are his two daughters, Linda Johnson of Ellijay, GA and Karla Holtzclaw of Cumming, GA, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Ralph was born and grew up in Kentucky. After entering the work force as a young tire salesman, he began his career in 1964 with Trailmobile, Inc. Ralph was a true "pull your self up by the bootstraps" man who through hard work and resilience became a superior and well-liked salesman. Ralph later joined the exclusive Trailmobile Million Dollar Sales Club. After a long and successful career with Trailmobile, Ralph worked briefly with Fruehauf before finally retiring in the late 90's. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Dr. Lamar Holley officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Hills in Tucker. The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 PM, Saturday, February 11, at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, 770-277-4550.
