On Friday, September 2, 2022, Vinnie Mae Anderson passed away peacefully at the age of 93. Mae was born on February 15, 1929. She moved to Lawrenceville in the late 1960’s and resided with Steve and Rebecca Reynolds. Mae not only provided care to Steve and Rebecca, but she was also an integral member of the Reynolds family. Mae was also an important part in the lives of all her neighbors.
Mae was a true southern lady, who exemplified her sweet caring spirit to everyone she met. She was loved by all who were lucky enough to cross her path. Mae was known for her culinary talents and took immense pride in her renowned dishes. She also enjoyed gardening, shopping, and celebrating special occasions with those she loved. She attended Lawrenceville Presbyterian Church.
Mae was proceeded in death by her loyal friends, Steve and Rebecca Reynolds.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 9th at 1:00 p.m. at Wages and Sons Funeral Home in Lawrenceville with A Celebration of Life service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park in Lawrenceville.

I remember Mae so fondly from seeing here with Rebecca at the Presbyterian Church. She always had a smile on her face and something delicious to share. She will be missed.
