Betty Bell Waggoner - Obituary Betty Bell Waggoner was born on July 6, l930 in Augusta Co. VA. She married Robert M. Waggoner on July 12, l953 and is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, two children, James M. Waggoner and Constance A. Beckworth; one Daughter-in-law, Lynn D. Waggoner, four grandsons, Kevin Beckworth, Christopher Beckworth, Brett Waggoner and Grant Waggoner; and one Great Grandson, Aiden Beckworth. She is pre-deceased by parents, Hugh B. Bell and Ruth Houff Bell, sister Helen Bell Brauns, and niece Brenda Brauns Abbott. Betty was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church, and also DAR and UDC. Body to be cremated and ashes interred at Mossy Creek Presbyterian Church, Mt. Solon, VA Visitation at Eastminster Presbyterian Church located at 5801 Hugh Howell Road Stone Mountain, GA on Tuesday, April 23rd from 5-7 PM
