Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Herbert was my Mother’s baby brother whom she loved very much. He was 3 years older than me and he was like a brother growing up next door to us. He always called me Dody like his father Carl Garner did. Don’t know where this came from. We will miss seeing him at his store on Hwy 78 as he was always there with Chris and sometimes His wife Gloria was there too. I remember when they moved here from another state and Herbert and Gloria started dating and later marrying. I will miss his great smile and hugs. Now you are with your Mother and Dad sisters and brothers and what a reunion it will be.

  2. To Chris and Mrs. Garner, we are very sorry for your loss. You both are in our thoughts and prayers. Herbert was a very kind man. Jerry and I loved him and thought the world of him. He will be missed by many.

  3. Guy and I were sorry to hear of Herbert’s passing. We hope the sweet memories you have of him as a husband and father will sustain you during this time of loss. May God bless both of you.

  4. Gloria and Chris, we are so sorry to hear about Herberts passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.

  5. To The Family , sorry for your loss. The Bible promises we will see our dear loved ones in the resurrection. ( John 5:28,29 ) My you have hope.

  6. Aunt Gloria and Chris, I am so sorry for your loss. When you speak of Uncle Herbert, speak not with tears, for thoughts of him should not be sad. Let memories of the times you shared give you comfort, for his life was rich because of you. Love you very much!
