Upon returning to New York City, Billy met the love of his life, Anna Ocasio, in Astoria, Queens. They shared a deep bond and later married, building a beautiful life together. Billy and Anna were blessed with three children of their own, and they also opened their hearts and home to two nephews whom they raised as their own sons.

He dedicated his time and expertise to coaching children in various sports, serving as a mentor and father figure to many. His guidance and support inspired countless young athletes to reach their full potential and instilled in them valuable life lessons of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
