He was the son of the late Johnnie V. and Mary Danford of Columbus, GA. He is survived by sons, Billy D. Danford, Jr. of Columbus, GA and Casey B. Danford of Canton, GA. brothers, Byron Danford of Carrollton, GA and Daryl Danford of Jacksonville, FL six grandchildren, Lexi, Jacob, Schaye, Alex, Lundon and Hayden, several nieces and nephews. Billy was retired from BellSouth Corp. No service is planned. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association.

Billy was married to my dear friend Vicki who died in September 2002. My husband and I were very close to both of them and will miss Billy as much as we miss Vicki. He was a loyal friend and loved his family. God Bless You Bo and Casey, Darrel and Byron.
