My Condolences to the family
On behalf of the family, thank you for your sympathy and condolences.
Some people are born with a joyful spirit and Frances Cooper was one! I called her “Aunt Frances” because she was sister to the man who married my Aunt Joan(Curtis Cooper). The Lord places people in your life for a reason and Frances Cooper always brought a smile to your face. She had that ability to bring joy to others. Her love and kindness was a blessing from God! She was a reflection of God’s love for us all! Deepest condolences to the family!
