Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Boots, Brian and family please know our thoughts and prayers are with you. Gerry and her wonderful personality and guidance will be missed by all. Whenever I called over the years to check in normally to find you (Boots) on the golf course, Gerry and I would have a great visit and catch up on family and any other matters we wished to discuss. Much of our good fortune over the years is directly attributed to the opportunities and guidance afforded us by the Batzel’s and will remain long remembered and cherished.

  2. May you find comfort from God’s Word at Isaiah 25:8 and 33:24. The promises from out Heavenly Father never fails us, they will be carried out, in God own time.

  3. So very sorry to hear of Mrs. Batzel’s passing. I have many fond memories of her and her family from my childhood on Aberdeen Drive. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with the Batzel family.

  4. Boots and Brian

I was saddened to learn that Gerry had died in Atlanta. I know how much you and Brian will miss her. She was so devoted to both of you. Your life together was so wonderful and 61 years is a testament to both of you. I will not be able to come to Atlanta on Tuesday but I will be thinking of you and will touch base with you when you return to Augusta. I hope you will still remain in Augusta as I will miss seeing you and keeping up with our APAC friends through you.

    Fondly,

    Betty Jones

  5. Uncle Butch, Brian and Family,

Aunt Gerry will be missed so much by our family. She was such a wonderful lady and we loved her so much. I’ll never forget those vacations years ago at your home in Stone Mountain by Pine Lake. I know you will miss her so much but she will always be there in your hearts. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all off you. Rest assured she is in God’s hands and talking things over with family and friends that went before her.

    Gods speed Aunt Gerry.

    Love you all,
    Bob and Family
