Jack R. Smith, Jr., age 62, of Snellville, passed away January 30, 2014. He was a Vietnam War Veteran, Twice Commander of Yaarab Legion of Honor, S.E. Shriner Association Commander, Past International Legion of Honor Chief of Staff, Color Guard Commander. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a man of integrity and honor. He is survived by Wife, Barbara Smith, Children, Marcelle Collins, (Lonnie), Billy Culpepper, (Renee), Susie Swisher, Margo Smith (Joel), Grandchildren, Kirstie Cox, Christa Culpepper, Jennings Culpepper, Harrison Connor Collins, Jackie Mathers, Brianna Smith, Alyssa Smith, Six Great Grandchildren, Siblings, Joey Smith (Brenda), Jeff Smith and Candy Smith (Curtis). A Memorial Service will be held 12:00 pm Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Yaarab Shrine Temple at 400 Ponce de Leon Avenue NE Atlanta, GA 30308. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Yaarab Shrine Hospital Fund 400 Ponce de Leon Avenue NE Atlanta, GA 30308
Barbara and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. We all loved Jack and will miss him.

AM SO SORRY ABOUT JACK .HE WAS A WONDERFUL PERSON I CHERISH THE FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN JACK AND BARBARA .WE HAD SOME GREAT TIMES AND MEMORIES THAT WILL STAY CLOSE TO MY HEART. MY HEART GOES OUT TO MARCIE SUSIE BILLY AND MOST OF ALL BARBARA VERY PROUD TO HAVE JACK AS MY FRIEND.
