Guestbook

  1. Ms Couch/Patrick was my seventh grade teacher she was one of my favorites sorry to hear she passed

  2. I was so saddened to hear of Jan’s passing. Not only did we go to Elementary and High School together, we taught together until she retired. Jan was so sweet. She loved her family so much. I know she will be missed.

  3. Jan was such a sweet person and she always wore such a beautiful smile. I have so many fun memories of all of us at Couch events. She loved her family and she loved to laugh. My thoughts are prayers are with Jeff, Jennifer and their families as they celebrate Jan’s life and what she meant to everyone.

  4. Jan was such an upbeat person. I was privileged to work with her at Creekland Middle School.

  5. I am so sorry to hear about one of my all time favorite teachers. I wish I would of known she lived in Port Orange, my parents retired there almost 20 years ago. I would of loved to seen her again. She was a great lady and a awesome teacher! My thoughts and prayers to the family and friends.
