Rebecca Gaybrella Dye Smith

Rebecca Gaybrella Dye Smith, “Gaye” age 88, of Covington, Ga, passed away peacefully June 10, 2016. Her husband of 65 years, J. W. Smith passes away shortly afterwards. A Celebration of their lives will be held July 6, 2016, at Wages & Sons Funeral Home between the hours of 5:00 P. M. and 7:00 P. M. Burial will be a private ceremony at a later date. Gaye was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Mary Patterson, Clyde Joiner and Sarah Joe Pothress, and by one nephew, Spencer Tiller. She is survived by her Son, Terry Smith, Daughter Tina Kaler, Grandsons, Wes Smith and Chris Smith, Daughter-in-Law, Deborah Smith and Son-in-Law, Rob Kaler and two nieces, Ann Tiller and Wren Hendrick. Gay was a devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She loved taking care of children, her Family and home.
