Mr. James N. Stack, age 80 of Stone Mountain, Georgia, passed away on May 19, 2013 with his family by his side. He died peacefully with dignity and courage having battled illness for several months prior. Mr. Stack was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1933. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army before beginning a lifelong career in retail management at Woolworth and Cloth World. Mr. Stack loved camping and vacationing with his family in locations such as the Smokey Mountains, Pine Mountain, GA, and Panama City, FL. Mr. Stack was known by many as a kind, loving man who treated everyone equally, and looked for the silver lining in life. He is survived by his wife, Marie, married for 56 years, daughter, Karen Stack, son, Ken Stack and his wife Brenda, and son, Steve Durrance.
