Twila Adeline DePrimo

Twila Adeline DePrimo age 86 of Auburn, GA went home peacefully to be with the Lord Monday March 10, 2014.  Twila was born in Creekside, PA on March 18, 1927 to Ralph and Cora McCracken.  Twila married her husband Henry in Waverly, NY on June 18, 1949 and they were happily married for 64 years.  Twila and Henry raised their children in Horseheads, NY and were faithful and active members of Horseheads United Methodist Church for over 30 years.  Twila was a mother, homemaker and foster parent to more than 40 children.  Twila and Henry retired to Auburn, GA in 1991 where they became dedicated members of Harmony Grove United Methodist Church of Auburn, GA.  Twila loved her family and cherished the time spent with her husband Henry, her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Henry DePrimo, her children and their families, Constance and Jerry Kubicek of Lakeland, FL, Donna and Richard Davis of Watkinsville, GA and Edward and Linda DePrimo of Roswell, GA; grandchildren Frank Turck, Rose Kubicek, and Jesse Kubick, Colin Davis, Brendan Davis, Devon Davis, Nicole DePrimo, Chelsea DePrimo, Danielle DePrimo, her sister Shirley Rynders and brother David McCracken, nieces, nephews and many caring friends. Special thanks to Nancy Blevins Caregiver and Compassionate Care Hospice for taking such special care of Twila in her final months.  God bless you all.  Twila's life will be celebrated with a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday March 15, 2014 at Harmony Grove United Methodist Church in Auburn, GA.  The family asks that those wishing to remember Twila donate to the Harmony Grove United Methodist Church Building Fund, 1385 Harmony Grove Church Rd., Auburn, GA, 30011.
