Many years have passed since I’ve last seen Billy. I have fond memories of this cute little redhead! He had a warm smile and an infectious laugh. Bill always had huge dreams and always worked on making them a reality. My heartfelt condolences to Bill’s wife, sisters Anne and Beth and his brother Tom. RIP Billy.
